1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

• By submitting the order form, you consent to Matthews Liquor collecting and storing your personal details (Full Name, Phone Number, and Email) for the purpose of processing, confirming, and fulfilling your personalised order.

• Your details will also be used to contact you regarding order updates or any issues that may arise during fulfillment.

2. Delivery Time & Availability

• We aim to process orders so they are ready for collection/fulfillment from 25 working days following successful form submission.

• Delivery times are estimates only (subject to change) and depend on order volumes.

• Matthews Liquor makes no guarantees regarding fixed delivery timeframes, nor do we guarantee stock availability of specific Hennessy bottles at the time of processing.

3. Personalised Content Guidelines

• Submitted text must comply with community and cultural standards.

• Matthews Liquor reserves the right to reject any request containing profanities or offensive language, discriminatory or hateful language, inappropriate messaging or political statements, references to competitor brands or unauthorised trademarks, etc.

4. Order Finality & No Modifications

• Once you submit the order form, your personalised details are final and cannot be modified, edited, or cancelled under any circumstances.

• You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, grammar, and preview formatting before submitting.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an engraving error made by our team that differs from the submitted text.
