SHIPPING POLICY

• At Matthews Liquor, we provide 2 options for delivery: 1-hour delivery and Standard delivery.
•  You agree that the address to which we may deliver is the address you gave for delivery as part of your order. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to an address that does not meet a residence or business address.
•  We will not deliver unless all requested delivery details are given when you place your order.
•  You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose. We will not complete delivery of your order if any of our requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

• Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is received, and your delivery will take 3 business days after the order is confirmed (via automatic emails and SMS updates).
• Flat rate: $12

1-HOUR DELIVERY:

• Flat rate for selected suburbs (specify below): $10
• Your order will be delivered to your door within 45 - 60 minutes. Due to circumstances that may rise, orders may take up to 60 - 75 minutes. We will keep you informed via SMS updates if that is the case.
• Please note that in some suburbs, the orders that are placed after 8PM will be delivered the next day before 11AM.
