Inspired by our founder Dave's favourite way to wind down the day. This distillery batched cocktail reimagines the classic Red Manhattan with an Aussie, red wine twist. We took our Starward single grain whisky, fully matured in red wine barrels. Then we partnered with craft distillery Adelaide Hills to create a bespoke red wine vermouth, infused with native botanicals like wattle seed, and finally added orange bitters.
Bright, balanced and herbaceous. Juicy cherries and baking spices with subtle notes of vanilla. No need to stir with ice. Pop in the fridge (or on ice if you're fancy). Serve chilled and garnish with a cherry or red grape.
