    • Our liquors are 100% supplied by authentic suppliers. We have the best products at the best price.
  2. How can we buy your products?
    • You can buy directly from our website and receive your parcel at your door after 1 hour. Or else, you can visit one of our physical stores in Victoria.
  3. What is the best wine?
    • This question is hard to answer and it depends on personal taste. Don’t worry, shoot us an email at feedback@matthewsliquor.com.au or visit our Facebook for personal advice to help you choose the best fit for your taste!

Orders:

  1. Can I change my orders? 
    • For a change of mind or mistakenly ordering the wrong products we do NOT allow refunds or exchange.
  2. How can I track my order status?
    • You will receive automatic email and SMS updates as your order progresses.
  3. What should I do if I receive products that are not in my order?
    • Please contact us via email feedback@matthewsliquor.com.au.  In the event that there has been an error on our part, the product may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full store credit voucher refund for use in future purchases. Please note that only products in their original condition and packaging may be valid for a return and refund.
  4. Can I order in bulk?
    • Definitely. If you're looking at placing a large order, please contact us via feedback@matthewsliquor.com.au

    •  We accept the following forms of payment: Visa & MasterCard
  2. Is the payment secure?
    • We offer absolutely secure payment. No information is stored or leaked during your payment process. So happy and worry-free shopping at Matthews Liquor!

Shipping:

  1. How long should I expect my order to arrive? 
    • If you choose 1-hour Delivery, your order should arrive within an hour from the time you receive your order confirmation (for a flat rate of $10)
    • If you choose Standard Delivery, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days (for a flat rate of $12)

Returns & Exchange:

  1. Do you offer returns or exchange? What is your return & exchange policy?
    • In the event that there has been an error on our part, meaning that the products delivered are defective or items received are not what you have ordered, the product may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full store credit voucher refund for use in future purchases. Please note that only products in their original condition and packaging may be valid for a return and refund.
    • For a change of mind or mistakenly ordering the wrong products we do NOT allow refunds or exchange.
    • If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact our customer service (insert link) or shoot us an email at feedback@matthewsliquor.com.au within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

  2. How can I cancel an order?
    • We may cancel your order before delivery in whole or in part. We may do this even if we have received payment from you or sent you a tax invoice. The circumstances in which we may cancel your order are if: 
      • The requested products in that order are not available; 
      • We are unable to process your payment;
      • There was any error in the description of any ordered products or their price as advertised by us;
